Heather from Duality K9 is my hero!! My dog Booker has extreme separation anxiety. So much so, I could not leave my home without him. He would bark, destroy things and literally make himself sick. I was on the brink of having to re-home him. Booker went to the 4-week board and train. Heather sent twice weekly updates on Bookers progress with videos (which helped with my separation anxiety ;). When he came home I was incredibly pleased and honestly a little surprised, knowing him from before, at how well he did. Now, when I leave, he goes in his crate, settles down, and doesn't bark (I have a video to watch and listen to him). He is a completely different dog. Heather has come back for follow- up visits (included with training) to work on leash walking and his reactivity to other dogs. In less than an hour, Heather showed Booker and me how to have an enjoyable walk together. I cannot recommend Duality K9 enough.

Heather is an amazing trainer ! I have ZERO complaints with duality training !! I took both my German shepherds to her and was blown away by her training and education. She helps build a stronger relationship with yourself and your dog. I took Thor my 2 year old GSD for behavioral reactivity issues, and my 5 month old for basic obedience training. Thor can now calmly and confidently walk through crowded areas and parks with dogs with no issues. Athena my 5 mon old GSD behaves like a dream on leash and we continued to build off the basics. Both my dogs did the 1 month board and train and heather was great with communication and what she was working on with the dogs. She would message every day with progress. Heather trains the dogs but also the owner and that it key to the ongoing healthy relationship you will have with your dog. Don't think twice, train with duality k9!!!!!!

Heather has made amazing progress with my very high energy pug puppy. He was completely out of control and after 2 weeks with Heather, he was a completely different, well behaved and disciplined dog when I got him back. Heather was very good at training me as well as my dog which was probably more important than training the dog! Her straightforward but firm style is exactly what my dog needed and the turnover to me was pretty seamless. Heather offers great dog sitting services and I felt confident that Archie's training habits would be reinforced while in her care. I will miss Heather very much but wish her the very best moving forward.

Heather is an amazing dog trainer! One year ago we had a dog with separation anxiety, pulled on the leash, didn't listen to any command, and reacted with aggression to most of the dogs. Heather has helped us with all those issues. We started working with her at the beginning of January 2018 and he's totally a different dog now. We participated in her group classes, but also took some individual classes - we were always 100% satisfied. Chance can stay at his kennel without barking and tearing up the place. Knows all basic obedience commands and we keep working on our more advanced skills. We bonded more with each other and I can't be anymore grateful for everything she has taught us. I know I can trust her 100% with my baby boy during class time or even boarding time. Thank you one more time Heather!
